Do you have trouble sleeping? The Sleep Sounds app will lull you to sleep in no time with a great collection of nature sounds and relaxing music to choose from. Sounds can be played individually or mixed together, with the added ability to adjust each individual volume level to your liking.

In addition to helping you sleep better, these sounds are also perfectly suited for general relaxation and meditation.

Features include:

• 36 ambient sounds and music. This includes 12 free sounds, with the option to unlock the remaining 24 through the in-app purchase option.

• The ability to either play the sounds individually or play as many sounds together at the same time. There are lots of combinations for you to discover and create many beautiful ambient sound experiences.

• Individual volume control sliders for each sound. This is great for finely tuning your ambient sound mixes.

• A sleep timer option with many preset timer options (ranging from 5 minutes to 8 hours) available. This is a perfect addition for anyone looking to use the app as a sleep aid, once the timer fires, all playing audio will stop to allow your device to go into "sleep mode".

• When the sounds and music are playing, users are able to close the app and do general tasks on their device, such as check emails, browse the internet & use other apps.

Amazing you can mix the sounds together! I listen to various apps to help me sleep but Ive never come across one that can do what this one can.
I love this app. Its the first one of many I could find a realistic wind sound and my 2nd favorite is combining rain and thunderstorms. I cant fall to sleep without it. By far "The Best" relaxing,Ambient app. Ive found.Try it I guarantee you will love it

This app really helps me, its really relaxing, its soothing to me. Got to try it!!! But what I dont like about it is theres not much to choose from. But I still enjoy it. I chose the Piano and whats called Night and they both sound amazing together
Wow! This app is amazing! Its like dreaming in soundscapes. I enjoy using it for meditation! I like more new sounds added as well to.
Super application for iPhone. Does okay and works okay! I had trouble with sleeping now its pretty okay for me. This app helped for the sleep.

Some bad moments

This works great. It has even more sound options than the other power nap apps out there. Especially like the rain and the night sounds. Very soothing!
The ability to mix sounds together allow the user to create the right combination for restful sleep. This app is a big help for a night shift worker.

At home we use a white noise machine, but found it inconvenient to take it along when traveling. This app is great! You can chose the sounds you like, adjust the sound level, and truly customize the noise! It works great!
Peaceful sounds that subtly overpower the ones that wake me up and/or keep me from falling asleep. Great free app. I might try the $.99 upgrade, because it stopped at some point in the night.
